ACL Recovery
Hearing that you have torn your ACL can be one of the most devastating moments in an athlete's career. As a former three-sport athlete who experienced a career-ending injury, I understand the challenges that come with this diagnosis. Recovery times following ACL surgery can vary, typically ranging from seven months to a year or more.
Fortunately, we have been successful in reducing wait times for surgery, often managing to expedite surgery dates for our patients while also minimizing swelling and pain. During the post-operative recovery process, our patients have shown significant gains compared to the standard ACL return guidelines. This allows us to implement a more accelerated recovery plan.
We work collaboratively with your surgeon and therapy partners as a team to support you, ensuring a safe and effective path to getting you back in the game faster.
